James Coviello ships online orders within the United States via UPS. Online orders will require a signature at the time of delivery. Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. When estimating total delivery time of your order, please include one to three business days to process your order in addition to the time indicated by the shipping option you select (Ground or Second Day). See information below for details. Orders are processed for delivery Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). James Coviello cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.

Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 3 p.m. EST will begin processing on the following business day. The information below is an enstimate of how long it should take to receive your order. Orders placed during peak holiday shopping period (November & December) may experience delays in processing.

James Coviello values customer satisfaction. Items will be accepted for return only if they are received in their original condition within two weeks of delivery. Please consult the information in the Returns, To Return An Item, and NOTICE sections below for details on our return policy.
NOT RETURNABLE: Please note that the following items are not eligible for returns: Jewelry, Flower Pins, Headbands, Antique Cards, Antique Vases, Sale Items
Returns: Items may be returned for refund or exchange provided that:
- item is returned within 2 weeks of delivery
- item was not purchased "On Sale"
- item is not damaged or otherwise not in original condition
- item is returned with all original tags & labels attached
- refund will only be issued towards the original form of payment
To Return An Item: Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with "Return Request" in the subject line. In your email message, please include an explanation/description of why you wish to return your item. We will try our best to respond with instructions within one business day (excluding holidays). If return request is approved, items must arrive within 7 days after you receive our reply to your "Return Request" email. Note: Your "Return Request" email does not gaurantee that an item will be accepted for return. Items found to be damaged, or otherwise not in original condition will not be accepted for return. We do not assume responsibility for, nor will we issue a refund, exchange, or other credit for items that are damaged/lost in transit during delivery. We suggest that you ensure that your delivery is packaged well, and is delivered by a trusted carrier that will issue a tracking number.
• Items returned without prior "Return Request" email sent by customer, and our approval of the return request (Please consult To Return An Item information above) will not be accepted for return.
• All shipping & gift wrapping charges are non-refundable.
• Items purchased "On Sale" are considered FINAL SALE, and are not eligible for return.
• Items purchased fully, or partially, with a store credit are not eligible for return.
• Customer is responsible for all costs of return shipping.
• Items found to be damaged or otherwise not in their original condition will not be accepted for return.
• We take care in all our deliveries, however, we do not assume responsibility for, nor will we issue a refund, exchange, or other credit for items that are damaged/lost in transit when returned to customer because item was not eligible and/or item was not approved for return (Please consult Returns and To Return An Item sections above).
